Accessing the Soldier Portal App
In any web browser on your mobile device, go to https://soldiers.sauss.net.
Features
- Soldiers and corps members of The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory can access the Soldier Portal App using https://soldier.sauss.net.
- Access to this website is granted by invitation only. If you haven’t received an invitation, please contact your corps officer, and ask them to create your Soldier Portal web account.
- Please provide them with your active email address to add to the Corps Management System Directory.
- You will receive an email invitation with a temporary password. Please access the site and update the password immediately. Check your email and follow the instructions in our message. If you didn’t get an email, please check your SPAM or Junk email folder and consider adding our domain to your safe senders list.
Bookmark App
On Apple Phones & Tablets
- Open Safari (or your web browser)
- Navigate to https://soldier.sauss.net using the address bar at the top of the screen
- Close the keyboard by tapping done
- Tap the share button at the bottom of the screen
- Swipe up in the share window
- Tap “Add to Home Screen”
- Change the name from “App” to “Soldier App”
- Tap Add in the top right corner
- The Soldier App will now appear on the home screen an empty space on the last active home screen.
On Android Phones & Tablets
- Open Chrome (or your web browser)
- Navigate to https://soldier.sauss.net using the address bar at the top of the screen
- Close the keyboard by tapping done
- Tap the more actions button (3 dots) at the top of the screen
- Tap “Add to home screen” in the list
- Change the name from “App” to “Soldier App”
- Tap Add to complete the process
- The Soldier App will now appear on the home screen an empty space on the last active home screen.
On Windows Computers
- Open Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser
- Type in https://soldier.sauss.net in the address bar at the top of the screen the press enter
- Press CTRL+D to add a bookmark with the name “Soldier App”
On Mac Computers
- Open Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser
- Type in https://soldier.sauss.net in the address bar at the top of the screen the press enter
- Press CMD+D to add a bookmark with the name “Soldier App”
