Publix Donates $25,000 to Orlando Command

Major Ted Morris, Orlando, Florida, area commander, and Kyle Melodie McNeil, director of development, are all smiles. The Salvation Army of Orlando was blessed again by the philanthropy of Publix Super Markets Charities. The Army recently received a generous donation from Publix in the amount of $25,000. The financial support of Publix Super Markets Charities will be used to improve the quality of life for the disadvantaged individuals that The Salvation Army serves and will also help the organization achieve and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community.
