Have a Great Weekend

Have a Great Weekend.

What are you up to this weekend? Since we don’t often post new stories while we’re out of the office, we decided to collect a few links from around the salvationist web that you might enjoy. If you’ve read a story that you think we should know about, feel free to send it to us through the submit a story feature at the top of your screeen.

We’ll be back with new stories on Monday. In the meantime, here are a few things from around the web that we thought you might be interested in:

How documentaries like Making a Murderer help us to understand the flaws in our criminal justice system.

An in-depth look at the business model of our self-funded Adult Rehabilitation Centers.

Curious about how The Salvation Army operates outside of the USA? Salvationists from around the world share stories from the front lines.

Have you heard about this new partnership with Target? Two hundred Salvation Army after school programs across the nation now have access to digital classes in topics such as financial literacy, civic engagement and STEM fields.

And finally, if you haven't subscribed to The Prepare Podcast from the Central Territory, you can listen to their first episode, featuring Major Danielle Strickland, here.
